I use Dr. A. Frangas. I started with Dr. Ferrara but, he was tough to get in to see. Both fantastic but, dealing with Dr. Frangas is a pleasure. He listens, never rushes me out & I usually have a ton of questions, Lol. He’s so patient & honestly will squeeze me in if need be. As far as front office is concerned, it could be managed better & a smile & kindness goes a long way!
The doctors are great but the staff answering the phone (if they even do at all) are miserable and rude. Unfortunately I will be finding a new primary care doctor.
Dr.s are good. Staff and communication is horrible. No one returns calls, rude on the phone, mistakes sending in prescriptions. The front desk doing a dis-service to the practice.
Dr. Ferrara is the best! My family and I love him, very caring and knowledgeable MD. Highly recommended
Dr Ferrara is the absolute best. Truly knows and cares about all of his patients and is an amazing physician.
