I had my first appointment with Dr. Takem recently, and it was a really positive experience. As a new patient, I was a little nervous, but the entire visit was smooth from start to finish. **I was asked when I initially posted to verify if I indeed went to Dr. Takem’s office. Why would I write a review for the wrong doctor? Please don’t try to gaslight me again after what I had of an already horrible experience where I felt talked down to and now I feel like I’m being talked down to again. I mistakenly put in a review yesterday and clicked one star, but that was clearly an accident. My wife and I both had an appointment and we found him yo b r very pleasant and professional. He took the time to explain to us why a proper way to eat is better than taking all kinds of over the counter medications for weight loss and healyh could be unsafe for us. Much respect for this physician.
This is the first primary I have ever been to that doesn’t do 2 appointments for annuals (1 for bloodwork, 1 to review). I should have known better after my appointment. No one called me for days after so I decided to check. I had some weird results I saw after looking at them on my end that I had never seen before.
