After a year of seeing doctors who were unable or didn't care to treat my pain after an auto accident, Dr. Ackil was the only doctor who diagnosed and treated my pain properly and effectively. It was 20 years ago now. I am forever grateful to Dr. Ackil. He is the epitome of what every doctor should be. I wish you well, Dr. Ackil. You healed me and I am sending healing thoughts, prayers, and wishes to you.
I had a medical issue, thought it was a stroke. After a few days in the hospital Dr. Ackil got in touch and informed me of my problem once he saw bloodwork tests. He got me an appointment with a specialist to take care of my needs. He showed much care and concern, as well as kept me very well informed. My progress is moving along in a positive way thanks to Dr. Ackil.
I just found out Dr Ackil was on medical leave and is retiring sooner than expected. I will greatly miss him. I've had him as a doctor for many, many years. He actually cares about his patients and would go to great lengths to contact you from home with test results etc. He's a wonderful doctor. They don't make them like him anymore. I liked him as a person as well as a doctor. Dr Ackil, I hope you're reading this.... I will miss you. Happy Retirement !
