My Doctor over 15 years
I give it a 3 star rating. Not because of Dr. Ftiha, he is excellent in every way. But because of his staff. Rude and unhelpful. The moment you call them the attitude is already a part of their demeanor. I really wonder why they're allowed to work in a medical office dealing with patients if they themselves suffer from a lack of patience. He should really think about getting new help because they (receptionists) are making him look bad.
Excellent doctor who listens and fills out FMLA forms. His cousin Elie Fteha is very lazy. I needed FMLA forms filled out & he asked me can’t I just get a doctors note. Alber is great. Elie…stay away from him at all costs! He is not the type of doc that cares
