I first brought my 8-year-old son to Dr Koh after previously seeing another developmental paediatrician. At the time, we were preparing to take him to Canada to re-wire his brain by neuroplasticity to help address his ADHD and learning challenges. Brilliant doctor, terrible with administration and reporting. My child saw Dr Koh on 3 separate occasions. We were promised medical reports to provide to other healthcare providers and the school. Never received anything. When you call to follow up, the receptionist rudely tells you he's 'busy and will do it when he can'. We ended up having to find a new paediatrician and had to get everything rediagnosed etc, just to receive the reports we were promised.
We went to Dr Koh 8 years ago for a diagnosis for my son. We did everything Dr Koh advised. My son is now in High school and thriving. Highly recommend. There is a queue though so make sure to get on the waiting list.
Great Doctor. Caring and willing to help outside of regular hours.
