Well, to start, you can’t make appointments online and the website is not helpful. New to the area, I embarked on setting appointments to select a primary care before I commit. Most offices welcomed the idea for me to meet the team and tour the facility before deciding. This office told me they wouldn’t set an appointment until, I download and fill out the new patient packet and then sign a medical release for them to review then they will call to set an appointment.
