Doctor needs to work on his bedside manner and his big ego.
So I was not able to make an appt with them for numerous reasons. 1. Zoc docs information is incorrect for availability. When the receptionist by the way is super nasty and lacks empathy. Said the dates are incorrect and they’re not accepting any new patients for the next 45 days appx. She couldn’t provide any other recommendations and didn’t care.
I made an appointment on ZocDoc, even received a confirmation email for my husband who was having pain. Tried to call several times to confirm but no one ever picked up the phone. When my husband walked in they said they had no record of the appointment and nobody makes appointments on line. And I’m supposed to know this how?? The very rude receptionist just told me that they don’t check zocdoc every second. I made the appointment at 11:30 for 2:15.
