Very disappointing experience with this guy (ALLAN SKAPINKER), Decisions were made based on incorrect assumptions about my employment and medical condition, despite providing clear evidence. Communication was poor and important details were either ignored or misrepresented. This process has been unnecessarily stressful and unfair. Dont see this guy. should leave the current job and work for EML insurance as a case officer. Biased
