Dr is great but I would give a "1" rating to Diana in the front office for always giving out the wrong information and making him look bad. Problem is that you have to follow up after cancer with annual appointments and I have been telling him this for 4 1/2 years and there she still is, acting like she's the medical professional, making up answers to patient questions herself, refusing to let him return a patient's phone call himself, gatekeeps access to talk to him, and always gets it wrong. He is a very nice doctor, I was diagnosed overy cancer before two weeks i see him,but he told me that is not cancer,he is very patient to explain to me and ask me about my questions ?he bring me a hope a new life , I just had my surgery 3day ago,but there is air in my lungs,someone say I may need another surgery , But doctor Allen told to nurse i need to walk,after I walk the air has gone you are the best doctor, I know thank you isn’t enough,but that is only I can say thank you!Thank you so muc
I had complete confidence in Dr. Schlaerth. He didn't push a particular surgical approach to my issue, but patiently laid out the pros and cons of how we might proceed. With his expertise as my guide, I felt that the decision I was making was the correct one. I wish I had the opportunity to express my gratitude to him in person after the hysterectomy, but this review serves as my thank you.
