Excellent experienced it when well
They refused to see me because the referral my PCP sent said suite M202 instead of M200 and they were unwilling to wait for a corrected referral to be sent even though my insurance company allows for referrals to be submitted up to 30 days after an appointment. They offered to “accommodate” me by charging me $300 out of pocket. Who wants to see a doctor who works in an office that refuses to see a patient based on one number in a referral being off? I had an excellent experience with Dr. Sandberg and Nurse Practitioner Aishwaryia. Dr. Sandberg is extremely, knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. He has a calm, reassuring presence that helped me feel at ease throughout my treatment. NP Aishwaryia is also outstanding,professional, compassionate, and a great listener. Dr. Sandburg and the Nurse Practitioner (sorry forgot her name) were amazing. Their bed side manner is top notch. They answered all my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed. The whole office staff, from front desk, to Dr. Sandburg’s assistant were very welcoming. So glad I found Dr. Sandburg.
