My doctor gave me a referral for my annual rec last infusion. When I called to schedule the appointment the woman was rude and dismissive. She said they would call ME. That was almost 2 weeks ago and I never heard from them.
Dr Albert's is a wonderful doctor and a very kind and compassionate person. The staff in the office is very good as well. I've been going to him for several years and have always been impressed by his knowledge and his professional manner. Thank you
Good luck having someone picking up the phone ...they take 1+ hr fpr lunch and stop answering calls 1 hr before closing
He is very thorough, he takes his time to listen and talk to you. I would highly recommend him. UPDATE!! I was misdiagnosed and put on 3 different RA medications for over 10 years. Since moving out of Florida, I’ve seen 2 different rheumatologists and both concurred I do not have RA.
Does not care about patience well-being .Had side effects to a medication he prescribed me called the office three times and no call back.
