Dr. Kohn definitely has an extra nice technician to compensate for his unfriendly, unkind, abusive personalities. I took my mom to his office for the first time because of her insurance. She is 82 years old, and had 2 strokes. In addition, she has a hearing problem even with her hearing aids. He was very mad by scolding her since she was unable to tell him “quickly” 1 or 2, 3 or 4 for the eye glass measurement.
