What practice is Dr. Allen Mitchell currently located at now? Dr. Mitchell is a wonderful doctor. I left rural health services due to bad record keeping. I know there's no way that Dr. Allen Mitchell wrote such a horrible report on me. His assistant was the one who took notes during my visits with Dr. Mitchell. I cannot for the life of me see him doing so. However, I can see where he would trust his assistant to write down accurate notes on his patience. I've been seeing him for almost 3 years first at clyburn. A very awesome doctor takes time with his patients an will address with any issues. If rural health services get rid of him they have lost a patient
