It was an appointment that started late, and was over way too quickly. Checked my blood pressure-was good. Asked me to explain what had been going on (and going on since my early 20’s and I am 33) he asked me height and my weight, I assume to evaluate my BMI which is a bogus measurement these days. I was referred to Dr. Martyn for weight loss. I want to lose weight but I am struggling with hunger issues. It was my understanding that he was a doctor and that I could talk about symptoms and things that might be affecting my ability to lose weight. Sadly, everything I shared was ignored and not recorded on my medical records. I was met with the same answer every visit. Eat less and eat healthy.
