My husband and I needed a new eye dr. We chose this office due to our ins. Staff was unprofessional and spent time gossipping in front of patients. I became irritated because our appt was sat at 11. There were 3 others there at same time for a 11 15 appt and 11 30 one. I asked how were we supposed tgoing through the sales pitch to have extra tests, I assume my ins permitted it, we declined.
