When I was about 30 years old I fell down a flite of stairs and dislocated my knee cap and broke it too.Dr. Whitney did surgery and fixed the kneecap in backwards because it keep dis locating.When all was done I ask how long this would last and he told me in about 10 years I will need a new surgery until then this will do.I am now 72 years old and still not having problems with it.Works just great!!
