Dr Mezey has been our family doctor for years. He is kind ,always listens to what you have to say and works with you to find the best treatment options. Tracey at the front desk is also amazing she really goes above and beyond to help you.
I absolutely love Dr Mezey, Tracey and staff! My parents have been going to Dr. Mezey over 20 years! They are so warm, friendly and caring! I have often called Tracey in a panic which she jumps to help me always and makes sure Dr Mezey calls me! They never, ever make me feel as though I’m bothering them! They are the best!
The front desk receptionist is very rude. I called to set an appointment up for my boyfriend who would have been a new patient and was told the doctor wasn’t taking new patients for a while. She asked what insurance he had and when I told her he had an HMO she got really rude and sarcastic and rushed me off the phone. If we had private insurance I wouldn’t go there because I felt offended and it may have gotten violent.
Dr. Mezey is competent and thorough. What is most important to me is that he isn't an alarmist.
