I do not recommend this office. I have multiple physical skeletal deformities, that are on file, X-rays and other documentation. These issues impede my ability for certain activities such as walking excessively. I needed an ADA form filled out from Dr. Suzanne Putnam. The form was intended to provide documentation that I would need to use a fork lift in performing my job to lessen walking. This doctor office is terrible at keeping appointment times. My appointment was at 140 it's 225 and I am still waiting to see the doctor. It's convenient because it's right down road from my house but I'd much rather travel elsewhere in order to actually be seen at my appointment time. I can understand if the office was filled with patients but I'm the only one here!
I've been going here for probably 25+ years. The Doctor's, Nurse's and the office personal are the best.
The drs are great, with that said, my issue is with how unorganized it us. I can't ever get an apt less than a month or more out, and I always sit in the waiting room for an hour or more. Please don't tell me to be on time when you can't also be on time.
