Incredibly poor service . Three calls /vm's , no return call Reached office finally ,said short staff due to family issue but would get a call the following week . No call so reached out to Dr Neal . Said he would check on my question and get back to me . That was two weeks ago and still no word . Had been a patient there for 4 or 5 years . Emphasis on had !
