Amazing administration and medical team. Office manager took the time to explain my benefits and even called to make sure all was covered. Knowledgeable and they take their time to explain everything to improve dental health.
I went to this office to continue with my hygienist who had moved to Dental care of Canby. I needed some work done, A crown replacement and 3 fillings, and chose Dr Neal. My first impression was that he was not very personable. He made a comment in my first appointment in reply to my concern that one of my molars had needed extra anesthetic in the past, he implied that now I would be expecting the tooth to not get numb. This place is horrible. When I showed up for my kids appointment they said we were not on the schedule. I showed them the text message sent to me to confirm the appointment. My kids were able to be seen that day. I received a $1,000 bill in the mail. They did not bill my insurance. Do not go here for your dental care.
My recent visit to Dental Care Of Canby was a pleasant experience. Both Dr Neal and Karen informative. My wait time was only a few minutes. Office staff and scheduling were very helpful. I look forward to my following visits.
