Excellent physician. Very respectful, knowledgeable, thorough. Explained every procedure and process. Welcomed questions. The staff was also professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice.

...until I started seeing Dr. Singer. In one visit, I walked in, filled out the patient form, and sat with my significant other in a corner of the waiting room. After all the other patients were called, I received a call on my cellphone from Dr. Singer's office, asking if I was going to make my appointment. I had a terrible experience at this place. I scheduled two appointments with Dr. Pintauro, both of which were confirmed by their staff. However, both appointments were subsequently canceled. The staff was incredibly rude, telling me that Dr. Pintauro wasn't available, even though he was in the office. They then told me the next availability was in two months, as if they didn't care. I have been seeing this urologist for many years. At my last tele-health appointment with him, he started yelling at me when I asked him questions pertaining to my prostate. He tried to scare me by telling me that I may have bladder cancer. He had forgotten that he had ordered a cancer screening test a month before and the result was negative for cancer. I have since found a new urologist.

The doctor is great, his staff is horrible, I needed a prescription refilled and tried for 5 weeks to get the nurse practioner to refill it, my calls were never returned I never heard from them and I could not get my prescription refilled, this was 6 weeks of trying, if I had the power the whole lot of them would be fired and looking for work and get someone in there who cares about people and their job.

I've been a patient of Dr Bilik for several years. He is one of the best doctors, regardless of specialty, that I've ever had. He is genuinely caring, highly professional and knowledgeable in his area of expertise. I completely trust him.

After driving 2 hours for an appointment, we were told the test results were not back....so it was a waisted trip. Then we were told he would call when the results were in. He did not call. A full week has gone by since a scheduled telehealth call was scheduled and we are still waiting. Absoutely neglects his duty to his patients. Extremely disappointed in him and in his staff for refusing to call even after they say they will.

If you need urologist don’t look any further - Dr. Hal Bashein is your man.I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in2022 and thank to Dr. Bashein for saving my life and happy to say I’m cancer free today! Dr. Bashein suggested proper procedures and treatments for my illness He is most knowledgeable, kind and professional. I would highly recommend his services to everyone!!!
