Visit on time, no waiting. The doctor was friendly, informative, and unhurried. He gave me a thorough explanation of his investigative and treatment plans.
Dr. Hananel and the staff at Houston Metro Urology were organized, efficient and very friendly. Despite being a new patient, the wait was not long and the appointment was efficient but thorough. Dr. Hananel has a terrific way of listening and communicating with his patients. His approachable manner and common sense approach to medicine was both refreshing and reassuring.
Terrible care and no help whatsoever. I'm not sure where the good reviews coming from, but Dr. Hananel didn't even spend 5 minutes time to go over my condition and didn't let me know what the prescriptions should be. He just went in the office and stayed there all there. I wasted my money and insurance for 1 second chat. Don't go to this doctor if you want actual care, and if you want to save money to go to better doctor.
Dr. Alan Hananel is super intelligent, 🧠🧠, warm, welcoming, and truly personable people person. My husband and I had a very "first" or "initial" appointment visit with Dr. Hananel recently. Immediately we felt comfortable and sincerely satisfied with his expertise and personality. We are looking forward to visiting again for any other medical needs. Mr. & Mrs. R. G. Hathaway
