Patient Dr Cowen & Neal are not the doctors they used to be. Their focus seems to be elsewhere and not on the patient. Office seems to run smoothly - but question credentials of some office staff. Very long wait times.
Dr. Neal is the only OB/GYN I will ever see! I started seeing Dr. Neal back in 2003 when I fould out I was pregnant with my daughter. I was sa scared 18 year old single mom who had no idea what was ahead. He was so understanding and helpful and very gentle. His bed side manner is the best I have ever seen. Since then I have referred by mom, 2 of my cousins and 1 best friend and they all love him to. He helped my best friend get pregnant after 3 other doctors said it wasnt possible. Love Dr. Alan Cowen and Staff! Even though the waiting can be a bit long at times in the doctor's waiting room, it is well worth the wait. Dr. Cowen has delivered my last 2 children and he makes me feel like a part of the family! Dr. Cowen always seems happy to see you and takes his time to talk to you! He does not beat around the bush with the important things. Dr. Kerry Neal is the greatest! Dr. Neal was recommended to me by a friend after I had a really devastating experience with my then-current OB/GYN. I was expecting my first baby and had a lot of questions and fears. Dr. Neal is very medically sound and he brings a lot of knowledge and experience to the table. He never rushed our appointments (and all of my appointments ran over in time), and always made sure all of my questions were answered openly and honestly.
