Directed to get CT scan after being hospitalized for pneumonia. I asked about how I would get results I was told Dr Brook would call me with results. After no call for 48 hours I called his office and finally got a call from office staff but not Dr. Brook. I was told things appeared to be improving but she could not answer any of my question's about what that exactly that meant about my current status. Dr Brook is amazing. This is a very busy place. Yet, I am a priority. Dr Brook listens. I always feel heard and understood. The staff manages all my calls and needs with professionalism and kindness.
