Dr. Kim is smart, thorough, and pleasant, and her staff is responsive and kind. This was my first time at Eye Sight Solutions Optometry and I'll be coming back for my annual check up. On the morning of Friday, December 30th, I called multiple optometry offices including Eye Sight Solutions Optometry. Jenny, one of the front desk attendants, not only fit me in later that same day but also called my insurance on my behalf to ask what the discrepancy was in the system. Update: Dr. Kim and the staff helped with a restyling, and the new glasses work much better. -------------------- The doctor and the staff are all very friendly and patient. However, the overall experience is a bit disappointing. Had the eyes examined and ordered a pair of glasses 4 months ago. I have re-visited at least 5 times to adjust the frame, but it never worked well -- keep sliding off or hurt ears or other issues.
