Had my yearly physical (requiring fasting) scheduled for 9:30 on a Tuesday morning. I got the automated calls and texts on Friday, and 2 on Monday reminding me of my appt. and required fasting (which I did). Tuesday morning I get a call around 8:20 asking if I would like to reschedule my cancelled appt., although the lady on the phone couldn't tell me when it was cancelled and by whom.
