My wife made an appointment for the doctor to call her but it was not booked by the receptionist whose attitude about the issue was inappropriate. Have experienced a number of other issues with this surgery.
Cant get an appointment with a Dr, just get told to go to Miriam Street or ring 111.

Changed my doctor after 40 year and was very dubious of which doctors to chose. Prenton medical centre had the best reviews and I'm so pleased I chose this one. Receptionists very helpful and doctors and nurses are excellent
