Been a patient of Dr. Kandil for 5 +/- years. He is indeed a knowledgeable doctor that I trust implicitly. I have been suffering from COPD for a couple of years and when I couldn't find a good pulmonologist in Clermont (there are some good ones now) he jumped in and became my COPD go to doctor. Dr Khandil is kind , he cares deeply however his staff is rude. Jennifer at the front desk always seems bothered , Heather the office manager is unprofessional , she seems to have many reviews on here. That don’t speak well of her. Bothe Heather and Jennifer told me I’m an inactive patient. That our insurance hasn’t been in network for 4 years ! I mean does that even make sense.
