Came to the Emergency room with my son who has Post Concussion Syndrome, Dr Ventzek told me "Why come here, we only deal with trauma and blood". After explaining the problem, he said "What do you want me to do about it". This doctor has a very bad attitude and no bedside manner. He is definitely in the wrong field of work
Came to the Emergency room with headaches, eye pain. This Dr said I have pink eye. I have had pink eye before and this was not pink eye. He was extremely dismissive. A few months later I found out through an MRI I have an orbital mass.
