I’ll start with Dr. Rafla was great, he was very sympathetic and kind. He saw me in an emergency situation and got me in for surgery quickly. However, I was led to believe that the replacement tooth would be ready rather quickly for $550. So I took the bait and paid out of pocket for it. I call the next day and was told in a laughing manner that it takes about a week but they would try to rush it. It’s now been 16 days and I’m still waiting. No call back, no apology for it taking so long. Nothing. It’s very disappointing
don't be me and park in their parking garage. They lock it up whenever and charge $85 to grab a key~
Very professional , up front cost analysis, no surprises. Great communication and responsive to inquiries. No need to look for a safer or more professional experience than here.
