Very disappointed with this office and its honesty and communication. In early November, i had a virtual consult and was told i would receive a call very soon to schedule my important GI procedure, since i choke and struggle to breathe. Two weeks later, i had to phone the office again, only to learn the medical devices they needed for my procedure were broken, but they planned to call me after Jan 1st!
