Dr Katsura has long retired and I was able to come in to professional and friendly Dr. Thao Nguyen’s office called Bloom Orthodontics now. Came in to check on my retainers after like 20 years cuz a part broke off. She reassured me they still do their job and she tightened them a little in the front and I’m happy with that.
