My appointment with Dr. Cil went extremely well for potential shoulder revision or reverse replacement. After reviewing my x-rays he gave me vital information that my former surgeon of 12 years ago had not provided during my last request 2 years ago when he gave me no option but surgery. I feel Dr Cil was genuinely interested in my level of pain and successful outcome(s) for whatever option *I* chose. Dr Cil is wonderful and very kind and understanding takes wonder care of his patients. He has done two of my shoulder surgeries. I recommend him for any shoulder surgery if looking for a great surgeon who does great work and cares. He takes his time and hears what you say and if you don't understand he will explain so you do. Highly recommend!
Dr. Cil is the kindest, most compassionate and caring surgeon. Did I mention incredibly skilled in repairing rotator cuffs? If you are facing a shoulder or elbow issue, trust me. There is no need to seek care from anyone else!
