Dr Chousky is wonderful. I have two grandchildren that go to him and four great grandchildren they go to him and they’re all under the age of 7 And they love him. He’s great with him and keeps them all under control of their allergies and asthma great doctor.
He save my life as I have severe asthma n allergies n he did allergy test n recommend shot every other week n my allergy is under control same as my asthma. I would recommend him.
Great doctor,very professional and knowledgeable,however I am on my tenth time of being told somebody will be in contact with me about my bill by the receptionist. I finally got 3 payments through, on the fourth and final payment,I owed the entire balance because rhe foret 3 times, rheu never bothered to put my card through.
Couldn't set an appointment 4 weeks away without all the billing amd insurance info. I can barely see or walk, they don't care, what's your insurance and is it active. Well we won't set the appointment without it. I said to just put me down as a cash patient and I'll bring insurance info with me. NOPE, not going to do that. What's your insurance policy? Why they need a card weeks before the appointment is ridiculous.
