Honor your appointment time
explained everything throughly Self-verified patient of Dr. Ajeet R Singhvi - Posted on July 21st, 2018 First let me say that my appt was at 9am and I was only made to wait for approx 10 min before being taken in to the exam room. Dr Singvhi was very gentle and explained everything so I could understand what was being done as well reason why. He also took the time to answer my questions without being condescending. Everyone in his staff was also very friendly and professional, getting me in and
The office was great about getting me an appointment quickly, for my first visit and the procedure they performed afterward. The office wait time can be a little long, but it's worth it. The staff is all really friendly, and everyone here seems like they actually care about the patients. They spend a good amt of time w/ patients & took the time to answer all of my questions and I felt like Dr Singhvi actually listened. I'll take compassion and a little extra wait over a cold clinician any day,
Office was dirty, and it took them over an hour after my appointment time to see me. When I questioned the nurse she replied "it's like that every day". Well I won't ever be coming back , and any appointments I currently have I will be canceling. I wish I would have found this website before I agreed to let this person perform an endoscopy. Now three days later I'm still in pain and having trouble eating.
Unattentive front desk. and a "Dr." that is almost uninteligable. The office is falling apart, it took more than an hour past appointment time to be seen, and they told me that they switched to fentenyl as a sedative because there were too many complaints about pain. Well it's days later and I'm still in pain from the procedure and I understand now what she ment. I can't remember what happened, but I rememeber them pulling the camera out and the extreme pain they told me "not to worry about".
