The doctor did not call me at the time of our scheduled appointment but 3 hours later at 4:45pm. He spoke very poor English and spoke very fast so I couldn't understand most of what he said. He refused to acknowledge or answer questions I was trying to ask. He just rushed through and then just told me to have a good day and hung up.... im not even sure what if anything was accomplished or if I'll be receiving the referral notes I requested. What a horrible experience from Dr. Ajayi.
My son waited 2 hours for his (fairly urgent) appointment time. Doctor called and the call immediately dropped. No number to call back and he didn't try again. When we reached out to the main number, we were told we'd have to make another appointment. Seriously?? Our healthcare system is imploding and this is what we are dealing with.
