I have seen Dr Ajayi Obe for about 5 years for a variety issues, including some complex cases. I’m pleased overall with my experience with him/his staff. He is knowledgeable and strait to the point but he will take the time to listen to concerns and gets things done!
Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a doctors team. I have experienced times where I would call trying to get any response to refill meds,for 10 days with the pharmacy also sending texts and emails without any response.
Don't bother with these guys. They don't verify personal information if you call in. Turns out you can pretend to be anyone and just cancel appointments without them following up. It's a serious security concern so don't trust them to keep your privacy or medical file private!
This place is horrible. They kept me in paralyzing pain and lied about faxing for urgent MRI results. I finally had to call Bluewater myself only to find out they lied for weeks, keeping me in unnecessary pain for a ridiculous length of time. When I tried complaining, I was told to find another doctor by the very unfriendly staff. I finally lost my cool after finding out I was lied to for over a month and found another doctor.
