If you are outside India then expect the doctor Kashyap to adopt to your local country pricing. Dr. Kashyap is definitely anti-medical tourism for India. I asked him for opinion and pricing for tummy tuck and, knowing that I am from US, he quote the same prices as in US. So, if you are non-Indian, don't bother to contact him and waste your time. With his US prices, when you add cost of travel and hotels, food, etc, he would be the most expensive surgeon in the world.
