This has to be the most disgusting doctor I’ve ever dealt with. I have been laughed at by noe his np he has not wanted to help me with anything that has to do with my disabled mother. I’ve told him exactly what the insurance is asking for and he refuses to help me ..he called me pretty much laughed at me and said my mother is not the only patient and he will not prioritize her at all. This is the experience of my 95 year old friend who has been going to Dr. Agarwal for 20 years in El Paso: best doctor she'll ever have! He's very agreeable and works well with her. Very considerate and will even send her a car to pick her up for an appointment if needed (she still drives herself to all her appointments, however!) She raves about him every time I talk to her. Wish he was my doctor. He takes my insurance. But. . . I live far out of Texas. :(
Dr. Agarwal and the doctors are very helpful, knowledgeable and hard working. A lot of people complain about the wait, but at least he takes his time and hear the patient out, not just a 5 minute run in like other drs. and 2nd guess by looking. He takes scans, bloodwork to pinpoint the problem. The visits are less costly as compared to other clinics.
