This is the experience of my 95 year old friend who has been going to Dr. Agarwal for 20 years in El Paso: best doctor she'll ever have! He's very agreeable and works well with her. Very considerate and will even send her a car to pick her up for an appointment if needed (she still drives herself to all her appointments, however!) She raves about him every time I talk to her. Wish he was my doctor. He takes my insurance. But. . . I live far out of Texas. :(
Dr. Agarwal and the doctors are very helpful, knowledgeable and hard working. A lot of people complain about the wait, but at least he takes his time and hear the patient out, not just a 5 minute run in like other drs. and 2nd guess by looking. He takes scans, bloodwork to pinpoint the problem. The visits are less costly as compared to other clinics.
Very difficult to get prescription refills; in our last visit, had to physically go to the office 4 times to get one. How can that be acceptable?
Dr. Agarwal is rude even the staff says so. He yelled at me and refused to refill my medication said to go to another doctor to get them. And didn't attend my issue I went for and to top it off he just walked out without saying bye or anything never again will I go to him!
