Was left waiting while staff were on lunch break. Staff taking lunch break in waiting room. Staff speaking in different language in waiting room. Not impressed with information given by dentist about implants. Was told quite frankly to go somewhere else. Spent more time in waiting room than in with dentist. I arrived in Bradford Train station at 1:15pm and by the time I walked to dentist it was 1:26pm and my appointment was at 1:30pm. I would highly recommend using AJ for an implant. He’s such a lovely person and you can tell he really cares and has a genuine passion for what he does. I was so unsure about the implant process and cost and really had no idea where to start in finding the right dentist to use. When I went to my initial consultation with AJ, he took the time to fully explain the procedure to me, answering all of the questions I had. Had a really good experience with AJ and his able assistant. He explained the various options clearly with their attendant costs and the processes were completed professionally. They are not instant as there is a healing process with each stage but the end result is worth it.
