Definitely recommend. Michael answered the phone which was the first thing that impressed me. He came out the same day to diagnose the problem with our refrigerator. He could have just replaced the part but took time to look deeper into the problem and found it was a simple fix and did charge us for parts we didn't need. He explained in detail what he was doing at every step of the way. Highly recommend Michael and will call him in the future for any problems we may have. Thank you Michael.
Michael answered on the first try, was prompt and efficient, and communicated well about how long the repair would take and what it would cost. He went above and beyond to give good service, and the dryer works great. Highly recommend!
Dr. Aiir answered phone. When issued described he offered a possible remedy over the phone. I tried and it worked. That advice has garnered my support for him to be my 1st call if I have any problem in the future.
Michael was extremely nice and knowledgeable for what was happening with our stove. He was able to tell us over the phone what issue we were having. He was super quick to come look and fix our stove. I would definitely recommend him.
Michael provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable about the issue we were having with our oven. He came prepared with the part he needed based off of our phone call which saved me both time and money. Not only did he do a great job with the repair but he took the time to demonstrate how to care for my appliances so that they don't malfunction in the future.
