Dr. Garza is professional & knowledgeable. Had a good experience with her & found no issues with her staff (they were pleasant & professional as well).
Couldn't receive the test results. Called 3 times, every time was re-directed to the answering machine. Nobody called back ever. The forth time I got a person and her answering style was very unpleasant. Never again I will go there and never will recommend.
Dr. Rover Ulrich was very rude. My husband was referred to Dr. Garza’s office by his cardiologist. Dr. Ulrich wanted to know why he was there and asked in a way that meant, there’s nothing I can do for you. I wasn’t allowed to go to the exam room either. My husband can’t walk well or remember things. That didn’t matter to the staff. My husband, a very easy going guy, nothing bothers him, but he said I’ll never come back here again.
