Genuinely cared
This office staff at appointments is a joke. Tried calling this morning & they said a nurse would call me back. Never happened!! Called back they had pulled wrong chart. Told me to hold on & then got disconnected. Waited 45 minutes & still NOTHING!! Called & explained. Appointments tried calling to talk to the nurse but no one would answer because it’s so close for them to go home. What a bunch of idiots!!!
Loved Dr Tong and her staff. Dr Tong is so through, she explained everything , she is so knowledgeable. The staff was great!
In my experience, Dr. Bryan goes above and beyond to meet patients' needs, and is very patient-centered in his approach. He never rushed me or spoke over me, and made sure to address any concerns I had. I felt very involved in the decision process for my care. He clearly cares for his patients.

Dr. Bryan is an excellent doctor. He answers all of my questions and he addresses any concerns that I have. He is king, compassionate, friendly and courteous.
Surgery was scheduled for 1-17-2018 05:00 hrs. at East Jefferson Hospital, due to road conditions, all major roads and bridges were closed. We were unable to get to hospital along with I understand some personnel for the hospital. Contact with Dr. Bedestani was made aware that all roads were closed and Dr. Bedestani abruptly cancelled all relations with us and stated he will arrange a new Doctor for us I feel that this was a blessing in disguise. We will contact our own Doctor.
Very comprehensive, not one to dole out meds easily. Sent me ton2 other specialist and coorosponded with both on a timely basis. Wait time is not the best but spends allot of time with me when she sees me. Has been spot on with diagnosis where other internist have failed. Patient easy to discuss issues, explained in laymen terms.
