Called the office between Dec 29th and 30th to make a payment so I can schedule an appointment and this man tells me I’m not in the system and what’s the invoice number. I told him I don’t have one and I can’t remember how much I need to pay. He told me how do you forget stuff and how I’m stupid to not remember and everything and hung up on me. I recently called back and the lady was able to help me pay my bill and set up my next appointment. That man was very rude and unprofessional
Dr. Ahmed goes above and beyond for her patients. I am 43 years old...felt 80. Working full time but could barely walk. She gave me back my life quality. She gave me back my mobility. God really used her in my life. I am forever grateful for the time that she takes with my personal experience with her. Thank you, Dr. Ahmed. I was skeptical, going in, as I had read other reviews, here on the web. However, I was pleased with Dr. Ahmed, highly pleased. The office staff was kind and patient with me and Dr. Ahmed took her time and listened. There was no long wait time and the injections I received gave me the best pain management, I have received in the past 10 years. I have been seeing other Physicians, looking for answers! Dr. Ahmed is devoted to her patients and offers quality treatment options. I’ve been a patient for 2 years and I’m 100% satisfied.
She is an excellent doctor. Her staff are friendly and courteous. She takes the time needed to take care of you. Of course this means the wait can be an hour. Her office furniture is the most uncomfortable stuff you ever sat on. But she is worth the wait on the God awful furniture.
