I do not write negative reviews lightly, but this was over the top. During my first office visit, on 12/12/2024, I was having routine X rays taken. The dental technician gave me the typical, hard plastic bite plate, to hold between my teeth, while they changed the angles of the dental radiography unit. They took a few images and then there was, what sounded like, an explosion and the bite plate was violently ripped out of my mouth, gouging my inner gum line and snapping my head and neck hard left.
