During my visit with Dr. El-G he informed me I would need an angiogram to determine the course of action for brain aneurysm. He advised it would be scheduled for a week or two post visit. After one week, I called his office and left a message requesting an update. I received no return call. 5 days later I called again and again no return call. It has been 3 weeks and I have heard nothing. Diagnosis of a brain aneurysm is a scary thing. To be totally ignored is unacceptable. I am forced to see other medical care.
Dr. El-G saved my father’s life after a major stroke this past July. My dad is still making great progress, and Dr. El-G set proper expectations in the ICU, and was very encouraging. My Dad’s Uncle (also a Doctor) was very happy with the care that Dr. El-G provided. We will be forever grateful.

Even though he is in the office only 1 day a week I make sure that I can fit his schedule with mine even if there is a cancellation for my appointment. :)
Dr.El-Gengaihy is a sweetheart! He takes all the time needed to make sure you are very well informed, is very polite, professional & has a WONDERFUL bedside manner! He performed an angiogram for me (due to a brain aneurysm ) & all though he was 30 minutes late in the OP room he apologized and made sure things were smooth for /during my procedure. Now his office staff is another matter, would I trust him in a surgery/procedure ....absolutely! His staff is left to be desired.

Dr. El-Gengaihy described procedure, as painless. However, it was painful & I was told by staff that Dr. does not prescribe pain meds. After 1 hr of pain and crying is when Dr. was called & finally gave me pain meds, was sent home with no pain meds, & was in pain for 2 days. Follow up appt. he explained my aneurysm to where I could understand, but when I asked the location of it he was hesitant to tell me and asked me why I wanted to know, his response put me on edge. Wanting to get 2nd opinion.
