I understand that clinics can get busy, but my experience here was frustrating. I was asked to wait for my turn, yet the process was extremely slow with no updates. On top of that, the staff were not welcoming and came across as rude. Patient care should include basic respect and communication. I hope management addresses these issues.
Dr. Ahmad Ziai is an incredibly kind and compassionate doctor who truly listens to his patients. He takes the time to understand your concerns, explains everything clearly, and gives thoughtful direction for treatment. I didn’t get better elsewhere, but after following his guidance and prescription, I saw real improvement. His care makes you feel heard, respected, and I confident on his treatment. I highly recommend him.
