I have been going to Dr Ziaie’s office for more than a decade & I have always had the best experience with him and all his office staff, he is a great doctor and his front desk staff and nurses are always so helpful and attentive, definitely recommend 10/10!
I visited this clinic last week and had a very disappointing experience. My prescription was sent to the pharmacy with the wrong medication name, and despite a week of trying, the clinic did not correct it. The front desk staff seemed inexperienced and unhelpful. I’m sharing this so others — especially Afghan patients who may not speak English well — can be careful. I do not recommend this clinic based on my experience.
