I was trying to get in to see the Dr and kept calling to see if someone had cancled...my wife was doing the same...the staff was rude and insulting to my wife because she called the same day I did.....if the staff is rude I want nothing to do with that office
this person is too old to care for anyone! his let just wait and see attitude is too old for me. I needed a lung dr. who cared and knew what they where doing, I can not say this dr. does.
They never answer phone, always goes to voicemail...and no one returns your call timely. I left message last Thursday its now Tuesday with question. I called today 2 X left message. Very unprofessional. I would like to cancel my appointment tomorrow...but still no return call...but they say you must talk with someone...but they NEVER answer!!!
Bad experience last week with Dr. Hannan. He was rude and barely spent 5 minutes with me. He seemed angry that I even asked a question. The medical field suffers from a bad rep because of international medical graduate pratices like this.
This physician does not have an inkling of bedside manner and is extremely unprofessional. I will not be seeing him again as this was an utter waste of my time. On the flip side, office staff and nurses were patient and kind.
