Scam Doctor!!! He will write you a reference to cash your insurance money. I talked to my provider and they even traced back to the day he cashed the check!! I had no clue this was happening, what a THIEF!!! Even if you don't go to this referred appointment you will still receive a bill in the mail for over $200.00 dollars!! This doctor only cares about the money. Change this primary care to someone who actually CARES!
