Dr Ahmad is a great doctor. I bring my son to have surgery back in 2021..and everything was great the next day they let me know if my insurance approved for the surgery.But I come back last week to make appointment and front desk lady I don’t tink that she knows what she doing. She talking non sense whatsoever about my insurance that I have to wait and see 10 days to know is going to be approved. She didn’t explain nothing. Dr Millwala is a great oral surgeon i have ever come across. So honest and empathetic. He cared for my daughter like his own family and made her feel comfortable. Made sure she was fine before he discharged her and called to check on her the next day. Very honest, they also refunded the surplus of what was charged and claimed from insurance. This is not common in at all. Sabine who is the front desk lady is also very courteous and kind. They know how to treat their patients!!!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND Doctor Millwala extremely skilled, exceptional bedside manor....listens to all your concern and in return explains it so that you can understand it....if you need a Great DDS / Anesthesiologist Doc. MILLWALA IS your guy easy to talk to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND A++++ service .....
I tried to make an appointment to see this dentist as a recommendation from my regular dentist. But I couldn’t get past his AWFUL front desk staff Kaitlyn. She had no customer service skills. Basically said she didn’t have time to verify my insurance to get me in hours later the same day so I’d have to pay $150 out of pocket. U don’t have time? I’m sorry …. Dr. Millwala and his staff are top notch. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. My child suffers from severe anxiety and was in need of multiple extractions. Everyone on staff from front desk to the entire surgical team were attentive and patient. Explanations provided for surgery and recovery were detailed and thorough. This practice exceeded all of my expectations!
