Dr Irfan is great but the office visits are torture. You wait for over an hour just to get called into the back, where, you guessed it you wait again for an inordinate amount of time. You finally see the PA because the Dr only sees patients for 1 hour on Tuesdays. The rest of his time is doing procedures. The pa is a flake and has brought the wrong patient chart in with her to visit me multiple times.
Tired of sitting here for an hour or 2 in a cramped and hot waiting room. Also please tell the receptionist in the very back to quiet the drama down if they are going to bad mouth patients about insurance issues. The patients don't want to sit around and listen to the drama.
Don’t waste your time at that office. You will wait at least an hour and a half past your appointment time. The nurse will come in for three minutes if you can get her to answer a question. If you want to see the doctor that you’re scheduled for it will be a much longer wait. They don’t ask you questions or try to help you understand what they are ordering or prescribing. It’s an infuriating experience. I will be finding a better doctor.
